By standardising equipment interfaces, MTP enables faster integration, more flexible production and easier expansion of facilities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeta.com\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ZETA<\/span><\/a> integrated an MTP-ready Freeze &amp; Thaw unit using standardised controls, OPC UA communication and batch-focused process logic. Working with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.turck.com\/de\/en\">Turck<\/a><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.copadata.com\/en\/\">COPA-DATA<\/a><\/span>, the team used prevalidated automation components and a structured qualification approach.<\/p>\n<p>The module was connected to the orchestration system in around one hour, reducing overall integration effort by up to 80%.
