Hannah Drake is the Customer Experience Specialist at Crafted, part of the 2M Group of Companies. Crafted is a new entrant to the personal care industry, which has been created to help start up brands get their ideas from concept to consumer. Crafted offer everything from raw material consultancy, formulation design, branding and artwork, legislative and regulatory advice right through to scale up manufacturing at their new production facility in Milton Keynes.

With a passion for fragrance and a deep understanding of the personal care industry, she has played a pivotal role in helping start-up brands bring their ideas to life. Hannah’s enthusiasm for her role extends to sales, where she is dedicated to building strong relationships with customers and being an advocate for enabling brands to grow.  Her commitment to the industry is further evidenced by her recent appointment as Vice Chair for the CBA’s Future Council and completion of the 2M Accelerator Programme.

With a Law Degree and an MSc in Business Management, Hannah is well-equipped to navigate the complex landscape of the personal care industry. Her drive and passion have made her an invaluable asset to Crafted and the wider 2M Group, and she is well-respected by colleagues and customers alike. Hannah’s leadership in developing the new Fragrance centre in Milton Keynes is a testament to her innovative thinking and her dedication to excellence.
