Justine is a passionate advocate for the employer sector voice on skills.
A graduate in marketing and industrial relations, she operated in commercial roles in a range of FMCG and B2B companies including McCain Foods, Grolsch and Sara Lee before moving into the world of skills.
As Chief Executive, Justine established an employer led skills body and solutions provider in the food and drink sector, before moving to the role of CEO for Cogent Skills in May 2020.
