About this presentation

We will share how and why TPM (Total Productive Manufacturing) should be a fundamental element of any Operational Excellence journey. Phil will provide an insight into the 11 Step TPM Model developed by S A Partners and will explore both what and how to deploy an effective, systematic approach to TPM. He will share ideas on how the appropriate lean thinking tools and systems can be used to great effect and also explore how leadership and engagement systems can support sustainable change.

Speaker Bio:

Phil is Sector Head for Process Industries and specialises in the development and deployment of Enterprise Excellence Programmes across multi-site organisations. He is also one of our TPM lead consultants and has been successful in supporting companies to use this approach to improve reliability and productivity. Phil believes that improvement is a change that needs to be embedded into the mindsets and behaviours of all employees in order to realise an organisations true potential. He works with customers at an executive level on programme design and strategy and also delivers a number of the accredited training programmes – virtually and onsite. Prior to joining S A Partners in 2016, Phil held a number of Senior Operations and technical positions within a number of global food & drink manufacturing companies with operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes.
