About this presentation

This presentation will give an overview of UK REACH today’s status regarding on-going UK REACH co-registrations and Lead Registrations and late DUIN notifications. Additionally, it will provide practical considerations for data-sharing related issues under UK REACH based on REACHLaw’s experience with data sharing discussions including contractual and consortium arrangement for EU REACH and other REACH-like regulations.

Speaker Bio:

Pietro Di Tondo has joined REACHLaw UK Ltd as a Regulatory Manager to focus on our UK REACH business and to guide our clients though the UK REACH regulation. Pietro holds both a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Master Degree degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester. Prior to joining REACHLaw UK Ltd, Pietro worked for several years in the corporate environment for Chemical & Biotechnology company and a leading company within the Polymer industry as well as a consultancy firm in the United Kingdom. Pietro is very experienced in working cross-functionally between various business units located around the world such as Europe, United Kingdom, China, India, Latin America and The United States of America. Pietro’s career to date has provided him with a diverse range of regulatory knowledge including Food Contact, Chemical Regulation, Medical Devices Regulations (MDR), REACH, Regulation, Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation (CLP) and Biocidal Product Regulation (BPR).
