Richard Head is the IT Digital Strategy Partner at Johnson Matthey. Richard has 35 years experience in IT, Digital, Data and Analytics and has led global digital, data and analytics teams at FTSE companies including Cadburys, Burberry and Diageo. Joining Johnson Matthey in 2014 he initially led the data and analytics steam on the global SAP rollout. Subsequently he established the group digital innovation strategy and built out the data platforms for both corporate and agile analytics and setup  the group data office. As Digital Strategy Partner he is directly accountable for driving digital innovation across the company and working the senior leadership to identify new opportunities for implementation of digital technologies.

Richard holds a BSc in Electronic Physics from Royal Holloway Collage – University of London.
