Products

PBS with Tween-20
Product Application: Wash buffers for ELISA, western, and other immunoassays, as well as blocking buffers for plate-based assays. Instructions for Use: Dissolve 1 bag of premixed granules and bring the volume to 1L. Amount to Use: 1 bag

Enhanced BCA Protein Assay Kit
Product Application: Accurate determination of protein concentration with most sample types in protein research, affected much less by protein compositional differences. Instructions for Use: The working solution is prepared by mixing Reagent A and Reagent B at a 50:1 ratio. Amount to Use: Add 20 μL of standard or sample and 200 μL of BCA working solution per well.

Adazol Total RNA Extraction Reagent
Product Application: Suitable for total RNA extraction from animal/plant cells, tissues, yeast, and bacteria. The purified RNA is ideal for molecular biology applications including RT-PCR and Northern blot analysis. Instructions for Use: Using the guanidinium isothiocyanate/phenol/chloroform method - First add the reagent to lyse the sample then add chloroform to separate the liquid phases, take the upper aqueous phase to precipitate and recover RNA with isopropanol, wash with ethanol, air-dry and then dissolve with DEPC water or TE buffer. Amount to Use: For 50-100mg of tissue, adherent cells with a culture area of 10cm², 5-10×10⁶ animal or plant cells or yeast cells, or 1×10⁹ bacterial cells, 1mL of reagent is required. For each 1mL of reagent, 0.2mL of chloroform, 0.5mL of isopropanol and 1mL of 75% ethanol should be added.

SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX, Antibody Modification)
Product Application: Suitable for the SYBR Green I intercalating dye method, containing components except primers and DNA samples, and can be used for qPCR quantification. Instructions for Use: When using 2×SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX, Antibody Modification), operate in the dark, mix gently, combine with primers, DNA template and enzyme-free water proportionally to form a reaction system and set the qPCR program for amplification. Amount to Use: In a 20μL reaction system, 10μL of 2×SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix is generally added, along with an appropriate amount of primers, DNA template and enzyme-free water to make up the system.

Cell Counting Kit-8, CCK-8
Detection of mammalian cell viability with WST-8 reagent. Used for indirect detection of the number of live cells in scenarios such as analysis and detection of bioactive factors, screening of anti-tumour drugs, cell proliferation, toxicity and drug sensitivity testing.
