About us

CHCS promotes greater awareness of chemical hazards and their identification, improving hazard communication within supply chains. We aim to provide information and training to as many individuals as possible, regardless of whether they work for small or large companies, for associations or for government, and who are involved with the ever-increasing complexity of chemical hazard regulations and international codes.
We provide training courses on all aspects of classification and SDS authoring as well as overviews of key regulatory areas such as EU legislation, biocides, cosmetics, detergents, fertilisers, etc. A monthly newsletter, a popular Q&A forum, a regular programme of webinars and an annual lecture series are also free to all members.
