PTFE/PFA Lined Valves
We have a wide portfolio of valves which are all designed with performance forefront, we are the UK distributor of the market leading Atomac range of PFA lined ball, check and plug valves. The Durco range of PTFE / PFA lined butterfly valves and sleeve-line non lubricate plug valves. We also manufacture our FluoroFlow range of PFA lined poppet check and swing check valves. All the valves we consider are technically superior to provide long trouble free operation in our customers processes which we know can be the most corrosive and demanding and warrant the very best products available.
PTFE Lined Columns
CRP design and manufacture absorption and distillation columns lined in HiPerflon® PTFE / PFA fluoropolymers. They incorporate heavy duty linings up 12mm / 1/2″ thick produced from the highest performing polymers to give the best reliability to our customers.
Sight Glasses & Gauges
CRP supply a wide range of high integrity Sight Glasses, offering both Bulls Eye and Tubular types. All manufactured with Borosilicate Glass along with PFA lined housings providing high corrosion resistance, long service life and safe viewing of media.
Sampling Systems
CRP design and manufacture a wide range of Sampling Valves and Systems for chemical sampling. From inline samplers, to recirculating vessel sampling systems.
PTFE and PFA Lined Piping
Hiperflon® lined piping and fittings from CRP are produced with paste extruded PTFE linings and PFA moulded fittings using raw materials manufactured in the UK. Our processes offer the longest service life and lowest total cost of ownership.
