Euro-Matic is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of high-performance hollow plastic balls used across industrial, environmental, and water treatment applications. With decades of experience in plastics engineering, we design and supply proven solutions that help reduce evaporation, cut energy loss, improve safety, and protect water and chemical surfaces from contamination.
One of our best-known products is Croffles® — floating balls used on chemical tanks and heated process vessels to dramatically reduce heat loss, vapour emissions, and energy consumption, while also improving safety by creating a floating barrier layer. Independent and customer trials have shown energy savings of over 60% in some applications, making Croffles a simple, low-cost way to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Alongside Croffles, Euro-Matic also supplies shade balls and floating covers for reservoirs, wastewater, and industrial liquids, as well as specialist spheres for filtration, mixing, insulation, and process control.
