Limit Switch Boxes / Standard / Ex-Proof
The wave box is our "classic" model and an absolute all-rounder. From mechanical to inductive, slot type to dual or reed sensors, we can build in almost all types. It is available in plastic and aluminium and delivered with adjustable mounting brackets, either in glass fibre reinforced plastic or stainless steel.
Limit Switch Boxes for direct assembly / Standard / Ex-Proof
The i-box is the smallest limit switch box in our product range. It is especially suitable for applications in narrow places with little space and also for assembly on small actuators with 80x30 mm hole spacing with 20 or 300 mm long shafts. Thanks to its sophisticated mounting system, it could be assembled on your actuator quickly and easily and without a bracket.
Limit Switch Boxes AISI 316L / Standard / Ex-Proof
The neptun box, having all its external parts of high value stainless steel (AISI316L), is particularly resistant to corrosion and pitting. It is therefore suitable for off-shore deployment and chemical industry, as well as environments containing salt, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate and further aggressive mediums.
Limit Switch Boxes Ex d (Pressure-resistant housing)
nxt-d is our next-generation flameproof limit switch box (Ex d), designed to replace our previous aluminum “d-box” series. The housing is made of copper-free aluminum (<0,05 % max. copper content) and features a rectangular design that allows us to integrate the proven modular system of our “wave” series. This makes it suitable not only for harsh environments with high demands on stability and resilience, but also for applications in salt atmosphere, sulphur gas and ammonia nitrate. Mounting Kits - for lever-operated valves
Our MSH is the mounting kit that enables an easy assembly of a limit switch box on a manual valve. Thereby you can get position feedback from your manual valve and protect your facility from undetected vandalism.
Mounting Kits - for linear actuators
Our LinKit mounting kit and the new LinKit-Maxx revolutionise the mounting of actuator accessories on linear actuators for position feedback and control, in accordance with DIN EN 60534-6-1. Thanks to the LinKit series, your applications are ideally equipped to integrate various components, such as limit switch boxes, dual sensors or positioners, with ease - regardless of the type of interface they have. Solenoid Valves / Standard / Ex-Proof
Our monostable NAMUR solenoid valves are suitable for direct assembly to your pneumatic rotary actuator. Thanks to its practical reverse sealing, you will get 3/2 as well as 5/2 way function combined in one solenoid valve, a feature that will make the storing also easy. This way, you can regulate not only spring return but also double acting pneumatic actuators with the same solenoid valve. Check the link for other options.
Adaption: Brackets / Coupling & Finishing / Square Reducers
In many applications, a rotary actuator can or may not be directly assembled on the valve without mounting accessories. Our ISO mounting brackets are constructed according to DIN EN 15081 / ISO 5211 and function as a connection between actuator and the valve. From F03 to F30 hole spacing, they are available for delivery on short notice and are available in galvanized steel as well as stainless steel.
