About us

Exwold Technology is a contract chemical manufacturer specialising in solids processing. We have five sites in the north east of England from which we offer granule manufacture by extrusion and compaction, and have granule impregnation and coating capabilities. We also offer powder blending in range of mixers from pilot scale to 10,000 litres. We have kibbling and milling technologies, and can pack from bulk containers right down to small packs of 50gm.
We have a full range of pilot scale equipment to develop your manufacturing process, and have three onsite laboratories as part of a full range of back-up services.
Exwold is ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified, and we recently achieved a silver rating in the Ecovardis sustainability rating scheme.
We aim to operate as an extension of your own business when you work with us, your partner in chemical processing.
