Pleated Filter Cartridges
Offering considerable performance, compatibility and application specific options, Fileder's extensive range of pleated filter cartridges offer solutions to suit many applications. There are many different media types in surface filtration, all designed to help with the removal of a range of contaminants such as bacteria, Cryptosporidium, cysts, sediment and fine particulate. RO Membranes for Pure Water Production
Pure water production is a common requirement in industrial manufacturing. Typically used in applications such as product make-up water for consistent product quality and boiler feed, where a combination of RO and DI systems are used to remove ions and salt which aids the reduction in maintenance time, energy use and the cost of blowdowns. Stainless Steel Filter Housings
Stainless steel filter housings are designed for use with industry-standard and high-flow filter cartridges, or filter bags, in a range of applications. Housings help to trap contaminants and particulates in fluids in industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and industrial water treatment. Fileder’s range offer a variety of size, configuration and technical options to suit most commercial, industrial and sanitary applications. From 5” to 60” in size (including high-flow options), and holding 1 - 36 filter cartridges and offering technical choices such as:- material options, pressure and temperature ratings, lid configuration, o-ring material, port size options and cartridge end-cap compatibility. Bag Filters
Bag filtration is ideal for removing larger particles, such as sand, silt, dirt, and sediment, with some products having fine micron ratings for enhanced filtration. Primarily used in industrial, chemical, cosmetics, paints and inks, and commercial settings, bag filters maintain a high water flow rate whilst quickly capturing sediment. At Fileder, we have a range of quality bag filtration systems available in various sizes, with the capacity to hold up to several kilograms of contaminants. Plastic Filter Housings
Plastic filter housings are perfect for a variety of applications from water treatment to the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Typically constructed of polypropylene, these housings are easier to install and handle and provide an economic option over their industrial, application-critical stainless steel counterparts. Fileder’s range includes: Sizes 5-20” heights, in slim, regular and large diameters, selection of port sizes and, chemically and temperature compatible material options. Depth Filter Cartridges
Depth filter cartridges have traditionally been used as a reliable technology for removing variable sized particles/contaminants from fluids. As science and manufacturing have developed over the years, this technology is now available in various formats providing choices for optimum application compatibility. Businesses operating in pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, water treatment and chemicals achieve cost-effective pre-filtration protecting downstream equipment and maintaining product quality. Softening Salt
SPECTRUM softener salts are produced to EN973 Type A standards, delivering consistent purity and performance across granular, tablet, and block formats.
Pressure Vessels for Water Treatment
Pressure vessels, also known as DI or resin tanks, are important components along with resin, salt or carbon in water treatment systems to reduce hardness and contaminants in water. Typically found in commercial water treatment, industrial facilities, manufacturing and power generation applications, Fileder’s range of vessels are constructed from food grade high density polyethylene (HDPE) and reinforced with fibreglass for added strength, temperature and pressure ratings, then subjected to rigorous pressure and cycle testing. Available in Standard and Premier configurations, and components to suit differing operations, these vessels come in sizes from 6x13” to 16x65”. Brands available: SPECTRUM
Resins for Water Treatment
Fileder’s portfolio of resins includes softening, heavy metal removal, deionisation, nuclear and exhaustion indicating resin. Compatible with Pressure Vessels and Empty Cartridge Shells. Brands available: SPECTRUM, Purolite
