Mipolam Biocontrol Performance - Cleanroom Vinyl Flooring
Mipolam Biocontrol Performance is a high performing homogeneous vinyl floor covering in sheet form designed for cleanroom applications. It is highly resistant to microbiological damage and has good resistance to chemicals and staining. Mipolam Biocontrol Performance is coated with a photo-reticulated polyurethane surface treatment that provides surface finish and cleanability suitable for cleanroom contamination control. It particularly withstands hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) type decontamination processes. Suitable for high footfall and heavy loads, Mipolam Biocontrol Performance is available in 15 non-directional colour references with a choice of vibrant and natural tones with a matt effect finish. Features and benefits: Cleanroom certified: for use in ISO 3 cleanrooms. Excellent resistance to staining and chemicals. Integrated colour and non-directional design. Suitable for high footfall and heavy static and dynamic loads. Suitable for cleanroom contamination control cleaning methods (H2O2). Highly flexible, easy to install and weld. Compatible with the Gerflor Clean Corner system. Range of colours – 15 references. Contemporary matt finish. 100% recyclable and contains 25% recycled content. GTI Max Cleantech
A 6 mm-thick, multi-layered, loose-lay vinyl tile with a PUR+ surface treatment. GTI Max Cleantech has welded joints, is designed for industrial applications and suitable for very high traffic areas. Its advanced design allows it to withstand the heaviest traffic. The design incorporates a backing layer and two glass fibre grids with a recycled interlayer for extreme dimensional stability against rolling loads. Densely pressed colour chips throughout the 2.0 mm-thick pure colour wear layer provide a high level of wear resistance. Features and benefits: Fast and easy installation. A highly durable PUR+ surface treatment for easy maintenance. Extremely hardwearing – triple pressed at over 3000T. Type binder content I. Slip resistant – R10. Reduced noise of foot and rolling traffic. 100% recyclable and contains up to 80% recycled content. Also available as the GTI Max Connect tile (with interlocking dovetail joints - 635 x 635 mm), specified separately.
Mipolam BioControl EL5
Mipolam Biocontrol EL5 is a conductive flexible homogeneous vinyl floor covering available in sheet form. The 2 mm homogeneous material incorporates carbon encapsulated granules throughout its full thickness. It has a conductive backing to ensure optimal and consistent conductive properties throughout its full life expectancy. Treated with patented Evercare™ surface treatment for high resistance to chemicals the floor requires no wax for life. Mipolam Biocontrol EL5 acts as a continuous conductive floor and has permanent antistatic properties (<100 V). The product must be grounded with an ESD copper strip to meet its full performance. No need to lay with conductive glue. Features and benefits: Cleanroom certified: for use in ISO 5 applications. Excellent resistance to staining and chemicals. Conforms to IEC 61340-5.1 and ESD 2020. GTI EL5 Connect - ESD Vinyl Flooring
A 6 mm-thick, electroconductive multi-layered, interlocking, loose lay, heavy-duty vinyl tile reinforced with two fibreglass grids offering outstanding resistance to traffic. The Evercare™ surface treatment provides high stain resistance, easy maintenance, no wax for life and is designed for decontamination protocols. The carbon encapsulated granules throughout its full thickness, and its conductive backing and conductive surface treatment, ensure optimal and consistent conductive properties throughout its full life expectancy. Features and benefits: Fast and easy installation, no need to close premises. A renovation solution – direct installation on existing floors/ problem subfloors. Resistant to high traffic and can withstand heavy loads. Conductive properties throughout its life expectancy. Low static electrical propensity. 100% recyclable and contains 50% recycled content. Also available as a GTI EL5 Cleantech version (600 x 600 mm, not interlocking), with welded joints for clean environments and watertight system requirements (specified separately).
GTI EL5 Cleantech - ESD Vinyl Flooring
A 6mm thick, electroconductive multi-layered, looselay, heavy-duty vinyl tile reinforced with 2 fibre glass grids offering outstanding resistance to traffic. GTI EL5 Cleantech’s EvercareTM surface treatment provides high stain resistance, easy maintenance, no wax for life and is designed for decontamination protocols. The carbon encapsulated granules throughout its full thickness, and its conductive backing and conductive surface treatment, ensure optimal and consistent conductive properties throughout its full life expectancy. It is available in a square format with welded joints for clean environments and watertight systems requirements. Features and benefits: Fast and easy installation. A renovation solution – direct installation on existing floors/problem subfloors. EvercareTM surface treatment for easy maintenance and no wax for life.
