On stand C10, Guyson will be exhibiting their range of flexible hose assemblies in specialist rubber, PTFE and convoluted stainless steel. Assemblies can be offered with a variety of end connections and all assemblies are tested before despatch.
Visitors can also view the Hansen MLDB series and Mann Tek dry-break quick-release hose couplings which can be used in a variety of fluid handling applications. These ranges are designed for high flow applications where minimum spillage is vital such as expensive , flammable , toxic and other dangerous process fluids.

PTFE 7000 Bioflex Ultra flexible smooth-bore process hose
Kaptech PTFE 7000 Bioflex Ultra flexible PTFE hose offers a unique solution to the need for a smooth bore hose with the flexibility of a convoluted hose. The PTFE 7000 Bioflex Ultra tube design incorporates integral external rib sections along with a high tensile 316 stainless steel wire helically wound into the root of the convolutions which support the tube against kinking, vacuum and pressure. Highly compressed web sections give a smooth inner surface with excellent flexibiity. Compared to conventional convoluted PTFE, Bioflex Ultra gives much improved performance: at least double the flow rate, excellent gas permeation resistance and superior flexing cycle life. Hansen MLDB series dry-break couplings
Hansen MLDB series quick-release dry-break couplings are designed for those critical applications where minimum spillage is vital, especially with flammable, toxic or other dangerous fluids, fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals, as well as a wide range of industrial fluids such as water, oils, fuels, solvents, acids, etc. We can offer special versions of these coupling with Triclamp, S60x6 IBC or any other type of connection.
