HPS Product Recovery Solutions
About us
HPS is a global leader in Liquid Product Recovery (Pigging) Technology, helping chemical and process manufacturers recover more product from pipelines, reduce waste, and improve production efficiency.
In many liquid processing operations, valuable product is left behind in pipelines after transfer, increasing losses, effluent, cleaning time, and operating costs.
HPS pigging systems recover up to 99.5% of residual product, improving yield, speeding up changeovers, and reducing water and cleaning chemical usage.
With over 30 years of experience and thousands of implementations worldwide, HPS solutions are proven across chemical, formulated product, and industrial process applications, delivering fast payback and measurable performance improvements.
Visit HPS at CHEMUK to explore how pigging technology could reduce waste, increase capacity, and improve sustainability in your process.

Pigging Systems for Liquid Product Recovery
HPS pigging systems provide an efficient way to recover residual liquid product from pipelines in chemical and process applications. A solid projectile (“pig”) safely pushes remaining product out of the line before cleaning or changeover, significantly reducing waste and improving yield. Pigging is widely used in industries including chemicals, personal care, coatings, adhesives, and other liquid or viscous product applications. By recovering more saleable product from every batch, HPS pigging systems help manufacturers reduce product losses, shorten changeovers, lower cleaning requirements, and improve sustainability and overall process efficiency. Visit our stand at ChemUK to learn how pigging technology optimises your liquid transfer processes and maximise product recovery.

Pigging System Design & Engineering
HPS provides complete pigging system design and engineering services tailored to chemical and process applications. From initial feasibility and concept design through detailed engineering and system integration, we work closely with customers to develop solutions that optimise liquid transfer, maximise product recovery, and fit seamlessly into existing plant layouts. Our experienced engineers design pigging systems to suit specific process requirements, product characteristics, and operational constraints, ensuring safe, reliable performance and long-term value.

Pipeline Pigs
HPS pipeline pigs are a core component of pigging systems, enabling efficient and reliable liquid product recovery from pipelines during transfer, changeover, or cleaning. Available in hygienic and industrial-grade materials, they are designed to suit a wide range of process applications, including aggressive, viscous, and high-value fluids, while ensuring safe operation and consistent performance.

Three-Way Piggable Diverter Valves
The HPS Three-Way Piggable Diverter Valve (SSBV) provides flexible liquid routing and can be used either within a pigging system for full product recovery, or independently to add reliable process routing without pigging. Its 120° piggable sweeping bend allows smooth pig passage with no pressure loss, while the full-bore design ensures uninterrupted product flow. Suitable for hygienic and industrial process applications, the SSBV delivers robust, low-maintenance performance across a wide range of operating conditions.

AccuTect Pig Detectors
HPS AccuTect Pig Detectors provide reliable detection of pigs within piggable pipeline systems, helping ensure safe, accurate and efficient product recovery in hygienic and industrial liquid processing environments.

Manual and Automated Piggable Valve Manifolds
HPS Manual and Automated Piggable Valve Manifolds are designed for flexible liquid transfer routing in processes with multiple sources and multiple destinations. Available in both manual and fully automated configurations, these systems enable full product recovery (pigging) from any source to any destination, while reducing the risk of product misrouting. Suitable for industrial and hygienic process applications, they help improve efficiency, reliability, and overall process control.
