We present a completely revised product range, which is entirely focused on sustainable and 100% future-proof temperature control technology. Since 2014, all temperature control units are equipped with natural refrigerants as standard. Huber's products are oriented towards the standards of tomorrow and already meet the strictest requirements of the EU F-Gas Regulation today.
Products

Huber Chili
Chili is the latest heating circulator for closed systems in the Unistat product family. The compact heating thermostat is equipped with the E-grade Professional as standard and convinces with excellent thermodynamic properties and a range of functions for the highest demands. Chili guarantees highly accurate, reproducible temperature control results with short heat-up times and wide temperature ranges without changing fluids. Like all Unistats, the Chili is equipped with the innovative Pilot ONE controller with 5.7" touch screen and convenient menu navigation. The economically Unistat technology provides minimized operating costs and efficient energy management. A further advantage is the extended life-time of the thermofluid. The hydraulically sealed systems prevent the formation of oil vapours and oxidation. Chili is the smallest heating thermostat in the Huber product range that is approved for use with Marlotherm as a thermofluid. For controlled cooling, an external cooling coil (unregulated) is available as an optional accessory. Due to its technical properties and low purchase price, chilli is ideally suited for distillation tasks in botanical extraction, for example. The new multi-touch controller Pilot ONE offers a brilliant 5.7" touchscreen with graphic functions and a comfortable navigation menu. All important operating parameters and temperature values are neatly displayed on the touchscreen. Thanks to the new favourites menu, the one-click operation and the integrated technical glossary the operation is very easy, just like on a smartphone. Integrated USB and Ethernet ports allows connection to a PC or network, e.g. for remote control or data transmission.

Dynamic temperature control systems | Unistat • Tango • Grande Fleur • Petite Fleur
For more than 30 years, the dynamic thermoregulation of the Unistat range introduced a revolution in fluid temperature control. Unistats are the ideal solution for fast and precise thermal control of externally connected applications. In comparison to other circulators, the Unistats offer rapid temperature change and a wide temperature range without fluid change. There are over 60 models to choose from with cooling powers from 0,7 to 130 kW. What ever the application, Unistats provide professional scale-up offering the same stable process conditions from the development lab to production systems.

Bath and circulation thermostats | KISS • Ministat • Compatible Control
The circulators are split into two product lines, the CC-models and the simpler KISS models. Both product lines represent classically constructed laboratory circulators with open baths. Baths and circulators for heating applications up to +300 °C are available, as well as models for heating and cooling applications from -90 °C to +200 °C. Immersion or bridge circulators are suitable for thermal control of existing baths. The Ministat, the smallest cooling and heating circulator in the world, is the first choice for operation in fume-hoods or integrating into systems.

Flow-through chilllers | DC
Flow-through Chillers are designed for simple, low demand cooling applications. They are commonly used in combination with heating circulators and baths to remove heat in order to cool a process back to room temperature.

Compact chillers | Minichiller
The compact Minichillers inspire as an economic and environmentally-friendly cooling solution for many laboratory applications. Due to its low procurement price the investment has already amortised itself within a very short time. The devices only require small area for installation on the laboratory table and and are therefore very suitable for cooling of reactor blocks, vapour barriers, vacuum pumps, rotary evaporators or heat exchangers. The devices ensure constant temperatures and throughflow quantities and are designed for continuous operation at ambient temperatures of up to +40°C.

Dynamic temperature control systems | Petite Fleur • Grande Fleur
The small Tangos mark the entry level into the world of Unistats. The compact dimensions and unique thermodynamics make the Petite Fleur and Grande Fleur ideal for precise temperature control of research reactors. As for all Unistats also the Petite/Grande Fleur models have unique thermodynamic properties. In a direct comparison to other devices in this price class the systems stand alone when it comes to the highest temperature control speed. Heat circulation thermostats | KISS • Compatible Control
Heat circulation thermostats are specially designed for temperature control of externally attached applications with a small volume. The devices are fitted with bath vessels made of stainless steel or transparent polycarbonate and have rear-side pump connections as standard as well as a stainless steel bath cover with a filling opening. All models are fitted with an overtemperature and low level protection system according to safety class III/FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable fluids. A powerful pressure-suction pump ensures optimal heat transfer to external attached applications.

Huber KISS K20
Cooling bath thermostats with insulated cooling baths are an economic solution for thermoregulation of objects directly in the thermostat bath. The units are therefore suitable for a number of typical heating and cooling tasks such as sample temperature control, materials testing, quality control, analyses, etc. Cooling circulator operates with natural refrigerants and are therefore offer an environmentally friendly solution to temperature control. In addition, cooling circulators are fitted with automatic refrigeration capacity adjustment, reducing energy consumption and waste heat down to the absolute essential. With low level protection and adjustable over heating protection the units fulfil the requirements of Safety Class III/FL according to DIN 12876. The thermostats can also be used for externally attached applications using the pump connections at the rear. The new KISS controller combines state-of-the-art technology with simple operation and stylish design. KISS models are suitable for routine tasks in research and industry and are convincing as practice oriented basic equipment. Huber Unichiller 007 OLÉ
Huber Unichillers offer better efficiency, stable pressure and delivery performance with a constant cooling water temperature compared to traditional tap water cooling. Chillers also reduce water consumption and help conserve the environment whilst lowering operating costs. Unichillers are suitable for the removal of heat from chemical processes, cooling technical plants or as a central cooling water supply for laboratories. All Unichillers are designed for continual operation at ambient temperatures up to +40°C. Installation in an outside areas is possible with optional weather protection and winter operation packages. Pumps are available with an extended pressure and flow rate for applications with a high pressure drops. The new OLÉ controller combines state-of-the-art technology with simple operation. Huber TC45E-F - Immersion Cooler
The TC range of immersion coolers are a flexible solution for a variety of cooling tasks. The devices are simple and universally used for rapid cooling of fluids. Typical applications include counter-cooling for heat circulation thermostats or replacement of dry ice. For many applications immersion coolers are also an environmentally friendly alternative to mains water cooling. The TC immersion coolers are suitable for unsupervised use, for cooling tasks which require continuous cooling or as a variant with temperature control and a Pt100 probe. The models with the type affix "E“ have an LED display with entry of nominal values and regulate with a precision of ±0.5 K. A spiral-shaped or flexible immersion cooling probe made out of stainless steel is available for all models so that fluids can be cooled in virtually all vessel types. This chiller is unique on the global market due to its space saving L-form. The additional space required on the laboratory table is zero!
