Independent Overfill Protection Unit
The IOPU is a simple, dependable panel designed to integrate into Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF) without the need for a programmable controller, making it certifiable for your SIL requirements as part of a safety system. It features SIL-rated relays for reliable valve or pump control, ensuring compliance with stringent industrial safety standards. Each channel includes a clear, ultra-bright LED indicator that remains illuminated until the fault or alarm condition is resolved. The panel supports connection to an external sounder, which can be silenced as needed, providing flexible alarm management for industrial environments. Engineered for straightforward integration and operational safety, the IOPU panel is ideal for robust and cost-effective industrial control applications.
ISS TankinTouch Gauging Panel
The TinT is a standalone, rugged 10” colour display designed for industrial tank level monitoring, capable of supporting 1 to 24 tanks. It provides real-time level and capacity readings in tonnes, kilograms, and litres, ensuring precise measurement for a variety of liquids. The unit powers and accepts 4-20 mA signals, and can repeat these signals, allowing seamless integration with existing instrumentation. Available in single, dual, and multi-tank configurations, the TinT can also be configured as a basic process control system (BPCS). It features configurable alarm setpoints, event logging, trending, and network connectivity. When connected to a network, it supports email alerts and remote access via LAN, allowing users to monitor tank levels in real time from anywhere within the network. Built for industrial environments, the TinT display combines durability, flexibility, and advanced monitoring to streamline tank management operations.
