Insulation Sets
Insulation Sets are specified in order to offer galvanic protection where two dissimilar flange materials are mated together. Preventing corrosion by removing the possibility of the systems acting as a galvanic cell. The sets also offer cathodic protection by isolating protected piping systems and preventing the flow of electro-static charges. Both our C4430 and Shield insulation sets offer safe, high integrity sealing solutions and in the Shield offer API 6FB Fire Safe certification. All KLINGER insulation sets are supplied with insulating sleeves and washers.
Magnetic Level Gauge
KLINGER magnetic level gauges provide accurate, reliable liquid level measurement for demanding industrial applications, from chemical processing to power generation and oil and gas. Operating on a simple yet precise principle, the liquid level in the gauge chamber mirrors the vessel level, offering real-time, easy-to-read indication without external power. Built for durability, these gauges withstand high pressure, temperature, and corrosive conditions while minimising maintenance. With fully corrosion-resistant construction, flexible configurations, and approvals such as LRS and BV, KLINGER magnetic level gauges deliver safe, precise, and long-term performance—even in the most critical plant operations.
ECOSEAL - Low Emissions Spiral Wound Gasket
The KLINGER ECO-SEAL gasket delivers up to 10× tighter sealing than standard spiral wound gaskets while meeting ASME B16.20-2017 standards, reducing fugitive emissions with minimal specification changes. Its high-density construction, modified winding strip, and premium graphite filler with controlled protrusion provide exceptional mechanical stability and leakage performance, even at lower stresses. Unlike other gaskets, ECO-SEAL allows you to quantify emission reductions, and when combined with KLINGER INTEGRITY SERVICES, it offers a complete solution for installation, testing, and ongoing emissions management.
Safeguard Metallic Gasket
The Safeguard has been developed by KLINGER as a solution to sealing corroded flanges which are particularly evident in the offshore environment. Routine inspection of flanges can be completed with the knowledge that the joint can be remade even if flange corrosion is evident. Consisting of a high precision , high strength metallic core faced with highly conformable multi-directional e-PTFE and Thermica API 6FB Fire Safe sealing faces.
Maxiprofile Kammprofile Gasket
Maxiprofile grooved, covered metal gaskets consist of a serrated metallic core with a soft facing material. The Maxiprofile style gasket is mainly used in vessel applications where often the gasket width is limited. Maxiprofiles are also often used as an upgrade on applications currently using metal jacketed gaskets due to the improved leaktightness, ease of installation and the possibility of reuse.
KLINGER Quantum
KLINGER Quantum maintains its flexibility even when used at high temperatures and extends the application range of this material style further than ever before. Commonly compressed fibre materials are limited to temperatures below 200°C for continuous service and can become brittle reducing the material’s ability to adapt to changing temperatures and pressures. KLINGER Quantum continues to retain its flexibility even after prolonged used at 350°C.
KLINGER Graphite Laminated Sheeting
KLINGER graphite based gasket materials are suitable for use at temperature from -200°C up to 460°C and offers resistance against a broad range of chemicals.
KLINGER Top-Line
KLINGER Top-Line is a range of asbestos-free sealing products comprising compressed fibre and modified PTFE materials designed to cater for the majority of gasket applications.
KLINGERSil Compressed Fibre Sheeting
KLINGERsil is a range of asbestos-free calendared sealing materials able to cover a wide range of applications based around a number of different fibres and rubber binders. All KLINGERsil materials are manufactured with KLINGER’s unparalleled levels of quality control to meet KLINGER’s high specifications. KLINGERsil materials are easy to cut, handle and fit and all KLINGERsil materials are produced with KLINGER’s 3xA finish.
KLINGER Top-Chem 2000
Top-Chem-2000 is a heavy-duty modified PTFE material manufactured with the addition of silicon carbide to improve the mechanical properties of the PTFE base material. Top-Chem-2000 has greatly increased compressive strength and resistance to creep and maintains the excellent chemical resistance.
PTFE Packings
Packings made from PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) are a mainstay of the mechanical compression packing industry. PTFE is well known for its outstanding resistance to chemical attack, low coefficient of friction and wide temperature tolerance including cryogenic service. This wide flexibility makes PTFE packings a popular choice for those difficult applications where strong solvents, corrosive chemicals and oxidising media require to be sealed. KLINGER have harnessed these properties in our range of PTFE based gland packings to give an enormously wide sealing capability in both valve and pumping applications.
Graphite Packings
Graphite Packings are intended to offer high temperature capability, good chemical resistance and markedly reduced spindle wear. By selecting or combining the many versions of Graphite Packings available – we are able to offer a versatile range of Graphite Packings with varied handling and performance characteristics. These include high conformability, resistance to extrusion, chemical purity, temperature and oxidation resistance amongst others.
KLINGER SENTRY Gasket
The Sentry Gasket is a smart, cost-saving solution designed to transform the way flanged joints are tested. By allowing individual joints to be leak tested without pressurising the entire system, it dramatically reduces downtime, minimises testing media requirements, and ensures joint integrity from the moment of installation. If adjustments are needed, they can be made immediately in a single visit — delivering greater efficiency, reliability, and confidence across your operation.
Maxiflex Spiral Wound Gasket
Maxiflex spiral wound gaskets are manufactured from a wide range of metals with graphite, PTFE or mica fillers to resist chemical attack and high temperatures. They provide a reliable, leak-tight seal and are suitable for high-pressure applications, available for both standard flanges and custom-designed vessels.
