Rotary Bottle Filler and Capper | REVO-S
A fully automatic high-speed rotary filling machine with fast changeovers and high-efficiency cleaning. The REVO-S is part of our automatic filling machines for liquid products. Many types of products are compatible with this high-speed filling machine. They can be foamy, viscous or pasty. This rotary bottle filler and capper fills also jerrycans of different sizes. Filling accuracy is performed by a weighing scale (control, self-correction and statistics). The container is moving continuously during different operations (filling, capping, etc…) enabling high throughput capacities. The product can be fed by gravity or by the use of a pump.

AUTOMATIC TOTE FILLER | INLEO-P
Fully automatic pallet drums and totes filler engineered for precision, safety, and productivity. Designed to fill drums and IBC totes from 5 gallons to 330 gallons, the INLEO-P handles various products with ease including hazardous or food-grade liquids. This linear robotic filler automates the full cycle: detection, debunging, filling, capping, and sealing, without operator intervention.
Semi-Automatic Tote & Drums on Pallet Filling Machine | FLEXEO-P
Our flexible pallet drum and semi-automatic tote filling machine is ideal for small batchs. Our FLEXEO-P semi-automatic filler for pallet drums and totes is able to fill a wide range of drums on pallets from 5 to 55 Gallons as well as different IBC Totes (up to 330 gallons). Assembled in our factory in Atlanta, these machines can be offered as a standalone unit, with conveyors, or in a movable base. Typical output rate is 40 drums or 10/12 IBC totes per hour.
