Metron5 IIoT Sensor Gateway

Designed for simplicity and reliability, Metron5 connects with almost any sensor and securely transmits data to the cloud via mobile networks. It allows users to monitor and manage remote assets in near-real time. Raw data is delivered to PowTechnology’s MetronView platform. Users are able to log in to MetronView to see live readings, trends and historical information. This information can be analysed, interpreted and used to initiate automations and send alarms. MetronM Modbus IIoT Gateway

MetronM is PowTechnology's multi-purpose IIoT gateway delivering rich, reliable, digital data via RS485 Modbus RTU from PLCs, meters, HMIs, smart sensors, drives and machines. It acts as a master, using RS485 Modbus RTU to collect data from a broad range of slaves, including PLCs, meters, HMIs, smart sensors, drives and machines. This rich, reliable, digital data is collected and transmitted via mobile phone networks to PowTechnology’s versatile MetronView platform, creating alerts and actionable insights to improve productivity, sustainability, compliance, safety and other key performance areas. Data can be collected via a simple API for further processing in enterprise ERP and application-specific software for production, maintenance, purchasing and logistics planning. MetronView IIoT Platform

MetronView is PowTechnology’s ‘universal’ IIoT platform – agile and responsive, collecting data from a vast array of sensors, machines and other devices, via a powerful suite of IIoT building blocks, which integrate GSM/GPRS, Sigfox, LoRa, LoRaWAN, RS232, RS485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, CAN, MODBUS & IO-Link. It securely records current and historic data via customisable dashboards, sends alarms, remotely manages and controls devices and performs mathematical and logical operations, such as anomaly detection. -Data from sensors and other assets collected reliably from proprietary and third-party telemetry devices, RTUs, sensor gateways, IIoT routers and other software systems. -View data – anywhere, anytime – on graphs, tables or maps – with customisable views. -View from any browser, on any device – computer, tablet, smartphone. -Alarms sent to unlimited users, with hierarchical permissions. Can be shown on dashboard, with acknowledgement and history functions. -Perform calculations and logical operations on data, set up by PowTechnology or customers may be empowered via a low-code development area. -Customisable with customer livery and logo. -Remotely configure PowTechnology’s Metron telemetry devices. -API enables data integration to other software systems.* -PowTechnology are ISO27001 accredited. *An interoperable API allows integration to software like Navision, SAP, SCADA and platforms like IBM Watson, Microsoft Azure, AWS and Miimetiq.
