About us

Pristius Pack is a specialist manufacturer of high-performance HDPE packaging for the global chemicals, laboratory and specialty materials industry. Our name comes from Pristine and Fortius—purity and strength—which reflects exactly how we design every container: clean, safe and mechanically robust.

We focus on bottles, Jerry cans and technical containers engineered for hazardous, sensitive and high-value chemicals. Our packaging is not just moulded - it is process-controlled. From resin selection to neck finish, wall distribution and closure fit, every parameter is optimised to ensure leak-free sealing, chemical compatibility and long-term storage stability.

With in-house blow moulding, precision mould design and strict quality checks, we consistently achieve tight tolerances in critical areas such as threads, tamper-evident bands and sealing surfaces. This allows our customers to run automated filling and capping lines with minimal rejects, even for aggressive solvents, acids and specialty reagents.

Pristius Pack also supports UN-certified packaging systems for regulated and export shipments, helping chemical manufacturers meet international transport and safety requirements with confidence.

We don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” bottles. We work closely with customers to develop packaging that fits their chemical, filling process and compliance needs—whether it is a standard reagent bottle or a custom-engineered container.
