The Box Factory is an independent corrugated packaging manufacturer, founded over 30 years ago, supplying high-volume packaging solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries.

Next Day Stock & Serve
The Box Factory's fully managed next-day stock and serve facility allows you to call off your bespoke boxes as and when required from our extensive 5,500 pallet capacity warehousing. Fully managed stock levels with regular reporting, an online portal for stock ordering and management, we have a wealth of experience.
In-House Design Team
The Box Factory’s in-house design team provides comprehensive structural packaging design and development support, working closely with customers to create fit-for-purpose solutions. Designs are engineered to optimise pack performance, material efficiency, and manufacturability, while considering handling, transit protection, assembly requirements, and sustainability objectives.
Our Own Fleet of Vehicles
The Box Factory operates its own fleet of vehicles, ensuring reliable, flexible, and timely delivery of packaging solutions directly to customers. Our large fleet of liveried lorries ranging from fast response 3.5t to articulated 40ft trailers, ensure we can meet our customer needs, as we have full control of our own vehicles.
In-House Manufacturing
The Box Factory manufactures corrugated packaging in-house, giving full control over quality, consistency and lead times. Our manufacturing processes are designed for efficiency and reliability, ensuring packaging is produced to meet performance requirements while reducing waste. Die-Cut Boxes
This method of cutting allows for more intricate and unique design features that you can’t achieve with a standard style cardboard box. These boxes can be lightweight and very robust and durable. They can be customised to fit products of all shapes and sizes, featuring detailed design elements like slots, cutouts, and ventilation holes to meet specific packaging needs.
Regular Cases
Regular cases remain a staple within the chemical industry due to their strength, reliability, and adaptability across a wide range of products.
