ABS-P-20M (ABS fFame Retardant Black / White Master Batch)
ABS-P-20M is a high-performance red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch specifically engineered for ABS resins. It uses an imported compatibilizer carrier system combined with a stabilized red phosphorus complex, enabling high flame-retardant efficiency, controlled processing, and consistent mechanical properties even at elevated temperatures. ABS-P-20M provides UL94 V-0 performance at 2.0 mm with a typical addition level of 20 %, offering a safer, cleaner, and more convenient alternative to powder red phosphorus or brominated flame-retardant systems.

PEFP-482 (PE Foam Flame Retardant - Gray-Brown Powder)
PEFP-482 is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly, microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant designed specifically for PE, EVA, PP, ABS, and polymer foaming systems. Its advanced organic microencapsulation significantly improves thermal stability, compatibility, moisture resistance, and dispersion, reducing the typical risks associated with uncoated red phosphorus such as oxidation, gas formation, and surface blooming. PEFP-482 offers high phosphorus content (≥95 % active flame retardant), excellent char formation, and a strong flame-retardant effect at low addition levels, making it ideal for construction foaming, wire and cable compounds, and safety-critical polymer foam applications.

PPV2-8H (PP Flame Retardant - Black Master Batch)
PPV2-8H is a high-efficiency flame retardant masterbatch combining bromine and phosphorus synergy for use in polypropylene systems, including new PP, recycled PP, and toughened PP (PP + POE). Its optimized formulation provides strong flame-retardant performance at low addition levels (4–10 %) while maintaining color stability, mechanical properties, and processing safety. Suitable for both injection molding and extrusion, PPV2-8H is engineered as a cost-effective, environmentally responsible flame-retardant solution for polyolefin applications.

PPAP-31 (PP Flame Retardant - White Powder)
PPAP-31 is a high-efficiency, halogen-free phosphorus–nitrogen synergistic flame retardant based on piperazine pyrophosphate. It provides strong intumescent flame-retardant performance in polyolefins (PP, PE, EVA, TPE) while maintaining low density, mechanical strength, and excellent processing stability. PPAP-31 generates a dense and stable carbon layer during combustion, significantly reducing smoke, CO emission, and dripping, enabling UL94 V-0 performance at moderate dosage levels. It is non-toxic, RoHS/REACH unrestricted, and suitable for formulations requiring long-term thermal and humidity aging resistance (85 °C and 85 % RH for 1,000 hours).

VP - M220G ADP (Organic Phosphorus - White Master Batch))
VP-M220G is a high-performance, halogen-free, organic sub-phosphonate flame retardant formulated for engineering thermoplastics exposed to high processing temperatures and high shear conditions. With phosphorus content ≥17.5%, excellent thermal stability (≥350 °C), and low smoke generation, VP-M220G delivers UL94 V-0 classification at low loading levels (~20 wt%). Its white, low-dust cylindrical pellets ensure clean handling and consistent feeding, while its excellent color stability, high CTI value, and mechanical retention make it suitable for reinforced nylon, polyester, and alloy systems.

VP - 9003 ADP (Organic Phosphorus)
VP-9003 is a high-efficiency, halogen-free organic phosphorus flame retardant based on an organophosphinate (hypophosphite) structure, developed for advanced polymer systems requiring superior thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, and high dispersion. Its ultrafine particle size (D95 < 10 μm) ensures uniform dispersion in epoxy resins, phenolic resins, modified polyesters, and adhesives. With a phosphorus content of ~23 %, excellent electrical insulation, and decomposition temperature above 350 °C, VP-9003 is ideal for demanding electronics, adhesives, and high-performance composite applications.

FRP-301Y3 (Dark Red Master Batch)
FRP-301Y3 is a high-performance, red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch formulated using premium-grade red phosphorus encapsulated within an imported polymer compatibilizer carrier. Engineered for engineering thermoplastics such as PA6, PA66, and PBT, it delivers exceptional flame-retardant performance and achieves glow wire ignition resistance (GWIT 850 °C) and UL 94 V-0 ratings at low addition levels (12–14 %). The product’s advanced encapsulation ensures superior phosphine stability, low moisture uptake, and outstanding processability. FRP-301Y3 is specifically optimized for high-temperature, fiber-reinforced nylon systems requiring superior electrical and mechanical performance.

FRP-950-1 (Microencapsuled red phosphorus flame retardant (red, black))
FRP-950-1 is a high-performance, microencapsulated red phosphorus masterbatch designed for engineering plastics requiring durable, halogen-free flame retardancy. Utilising advanced microencapsulation technology and a high-compatibility polymer carrier, FRP-950-1 provides exceptional thermal stability, low migration, and consistent dispersion within thermoplastic matrices. With a red phosphorus content of ≥ 80 %, FRP-950-1 achieves UL-94 V-0 rating at 2.0 mm with minimal additive loading (3–7 %), while preserving mechanical strength and surface quality.

T3B - Antimony (White Master Batch)
T-3B is a next-generation antimony composite flame retardant masterbatch designed to replace antimony trioxide (ATO) in flame-retardant polymer systems. Through advanced activation treatment and optimized particle engineering, it achieves high thermal stability, excellent whiteness (≥96), and fine dispersion, maintaining equivalent flame performance to ATO while significantly reducing material cost. With superior high-temperature resistance and improved processing safety, T-3B is ideal for thermoplastic and elastomeric systems requiring bromine–antimony synergy, including PA, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS, and rubber formulations.

PG-50 Red Phosphorus Paste
PG-50 is a microencapsulated red phosphorus flame retardant paste designed for use in coatings, epoxy systems, and polymer formulations that require high flame-retardant performance with safe handling and easy incorporation. Formulated as a ready-to-use, non-dusting paste, PG-50 eliminates the typical hazards of powdered red phosphorus while maintaining high phosphorus content (45–55 %) and excellent dispersion stability. The product provides high efficiency at low addition levels, is halogen-free, and complies with modern environmental and safety regulations such as RoHS and REACH.
