Flow Measurement
Ultrasonic flow meter. In-line ultrasonic flow meters provide accurate gas flow measurement by calculating the transit time difference ratios between ultrasonic paths into a pipe. WIKA ultrasonic flow meters are intrinsically safe (ATEX/IECEx) and approved for custody transfer (MID 2014/32/EU, OIML R137). These solutions ensure low power consumption and easy and quick installation and commissioning, and are suitable even in the most demanding applications. Sound velocity, signal-to-noise ratio and other additional measured variables are available for condition monitoring, as well as connectable pressure and temperature sensors for achieving integrated volume conversion.
Calibration Technology
Hand-helds calibrators. Hand-helds are portable calibration instruments for mobile use for the accurate measurement and recording of pressure profiles. There are interchangeable pressure sensors with measuring ranges of up to 8,000 bar available for the instruments. Through this, hand-helds are particularly suitable as test instruments for a large variety of applications in the widest range of industries. Data recorded in the hand-held can be evaluated via PC software. Some instruments document calibrations in the internal memory, which can later be read on a PC. Optionally, a calibration certificate can be generated with our calibration software WIKA-CAL.
Level Measurement
Level indicators from WIKA - Indicate levels without supply voltage. Level indicators are used for continuous indication of the level. The functional principle is based on a magnet connected to a float transmitting the level, without an additional supply voltage, to an indicator bar that consists of magnetic rollers or flaps. In addition, various magnetic switches and level sensors can be fitted as additional accessories.
Temperature Measurement
T38 temperature transmitter – Discover the remarkable. Challenging environments require reliable temperature transmitters. In hazardous areas or in critical applications that don’t allow any leeway, the processes must be as safe as possible. Because all downtime must be avoided and efficient plant operation must be guaranteed. To meet these challenges, we have developed the new, and state-of-the-art, T38 temperature transmitter.
Pressure Measurement
High-quality digital pressure gauges from WIKA. A digital pressure gauge displays the acting pressure in an integrated digital display. WIKA offers digital pressure gauges for general industrial applications and also for use in the field of testing and calibration. The indication cases of our digital pressure gauges are rotatable if required and thus always ensure a good readability. In addition, intrinsically safe versions and instruments with wireless interface are available.
