Atom Scientific Expands at East Tame Business Park, Hyde

We have expanded our operations at East Tame Business Park in Hyde, adding 17,303 sq. ft to our existing 34,319 sq. ft facility. This brings our total footprint to 48,622 sq. ft, creating additional space for Breckland Scientific stock and our expanding distribution team.

This expansion is a direct response to the significant growth we’ve experienced over recent years and reflects our commitment to scaling operations to meet rising customer demand. The additional space will allow us to hold more stock on site, improve order processing efficiency, and streamline logistics across both Atom Scientific and Breckland Scientific product ranges.

The investment strengthens our operational capacity as we integrate Breckland Scientific into the Atom family, following the recent acquisition.

By bringing Breckland’s stock into our Hyde site, we can enhance service levels, supporting faster delivery times for customers throughout the UK.

East Tame Business Park provides an excellent base for our continued expansion. The site is strategically located within the Newton area of Hyde, just 8 miles east of Manchester city centre, with direct access to the M60 and M67 motorways, ensuring strong regional connectivity and efficient transport links.

This expansion marks an important milestone for Atom Scientific. By increasing our total operational footprint to 48,622 sq. ft, we are strengthening our capacity to support existing customers, broaden our market reach, and lay solid foundations for future growth.
