The FLUX FBM 4100 is a 420 W battery brushless motor designed for fast, clean fluid transfer from drums, IBCs and canisters. Weighing only 2.8 kg including batteries, it delivers the same performance as mains‑powered units while enabling use in areas without power supply, such as construction, industry, food production and agriculture. Its robust design also withstands corrosive media used in chemical and electroplating processes.
Intelligent features include patent‑pending dry‑run protection and programmable batch filling for defined quantities without a flowmeter. An LCD display allows speed selection in 10% steps and storage of up to six filling volumes. The motor is compatible with FLUX F 400 pumps for fluids such as AdBlue, plant protection agents, concrete additives, oils or hydrochloric acid, and with F 570 progressive cavity pumps for more viscous media.
With an optional adapter, it also fits pumps from other manufacturers. The brushless, maintenance‑free drive achieves up to 84 l/min. At 80% speed, one battery charge empties eleven 200‑L drums or 2.2 IBCs. Delivery sets include the motor, two 18 V/4 Ah Einhell PXC batteries, twin charger, protective battery covers and optional pump, hose and nozzle. Available as IP24 (open cooling) or IP44 (closed). Both versions also come as Pro models with a 5‑pin interface for external start/stop and a 24 V supply for sensors or flowmeters, making the FBM 4100 suitable even for harsh conditions like pumping hydrochloric acid.
