The time has finally come!
Our new limit switch box series nxt-d is complete and will be available starting December 2025. This marks the next generation of flameproof limit switch boxes (Ex d), designed to replace our previous aluminum “d-box” series. With this new housing, we are moving away from the round enclosure with screw-on lid to a rectangular design that allows us to integrate the proven modular system of our “wave” series.
What does the nxt-d series offer?
• Connection options:
o 2x M20x1.5 or 2x NPT 1/2"
o 4x M20x1.5 or 4x NPT 1/2"
• Large 360° tower indicator mounted on top of the housing
• More space for cam adjustment and terminal wiring
• Manual, self-locking actuation system with spring mechanism
• Standard connections for solenoid valve control
• Easy conversion for installation perpendicular to the pipeline by rotating the shaft in the lid
• Modern design
• Copper-free aluminum for high corrosion resistance
• Flange connections for F05 and custom hole spacing 80/82 mm
• Explosion protection: ATEX & IECEx

• Ambient temperature range:
o -55°C to +75°C (T6)
