Nicole Lowe Becomes PowTechnology’s Operations Manager!

Nicole joined us fifteen years ago, as an Office Administrator and progressed through Office Manager to Customer Relations Manager, gaining extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of every department.

This vast understanding of our customers and procedures, supported by her Prince2® accreditation for Agile Project Management, makes her the perfect Operations Manager!

Nicole told us:

“I joined the business at just 18! The last 15 years have seen incredible growth and change … lots of new colleagues, incredible IIoT tech developed for ever new sectors and year on year bests in enquiry levels, projects, new digital transformation solutions and sales!

I was fortunate to start my career with a business that has always valued me and given me opportunities for personal and professional growth. Amongst other new responsibilities, I’ve been facilitating our multi-departmental review and planning meetings and helping maintain our crucial ISO 9001 and ISO27001 accreditations.

My ‘management style’ has always been collaborative. I believe it’s essential to understand and balance the needs of colleagues in different functions and achieve an outcome that works for everyone.

We’re so busy at the moment! One of my first major projects is to manage the seamless installation of a new mezzanine floor, which will double our production area! Exciting times … and I do love a challenge!
