🚚 Our first JV Systems Temporary Dosing Solution is heading out to site!

A few weeks ago we introduced the JV Systems Temporary Dosing Solution — and we’re pleased to say the first unit has now been completed and delivered to a customer.

This particular system has been finished in red to meet the customer’s specific requirements, demonstrating the flexibility we have when building these units to suit different site or company standards.

For anyone who missed the original post, our Temporary Dosing Solution is designed to provide a rapid, reliable and flexible chemical dosing system, featuring:

🔹 Standalone “Pump-in-a-Box” solution built leading pump vendors
🔹 Manual, batch and 4–20mA control options
🔹 Expandable with JV IntelliDose PLC & HMI for advanced functionality including:

• Flow Proportional Control
• Diurnal Control
• Feedback Protection
• Tank Level Monitoring
• Connection to Site PLC
• Direct-to-Telemetry connectivity

We’re also continuing development of JV IntelliDoseDuo, providing a Duty / Standby pump arrangement for additional resilience.
