Since 1927, JUCHHEIM (formerly Karl-Kurt Juchheim Laborgeräte) has been supplying high-quality equipment to universities and industrial R&D facilities around the world. Generations of scientists have relied on their high-quality and durable equipment.

JUCHHEIM manufacture chemical and technical pilot plants made of stainless steel and special alloys according to customer specifications on a laboratory or pilot plant scale, with reaction volumes ranging from millilitres to 150 litres. A pilot plant may be used for data collection, optimisation, and the gathering of technical experience in chemical process R&D.

Pressure Vessels

JUCHHEIM pressure vessels, made of stainless steel or Hastelloy®, offer corrosion resistance and durability.

A wide range of pressure reactors are available for use in the laboratory and pilot plants. Volumes from 50 ml up to 200 litres and operating pressures from vacuum to 500 bar are available, up to 500°C.

Products have a surface roughness of less than 0.8 µm Ra as standard, meaning they are easy to clean and have significantly increased chemical resistance. A surface roughness of less than 0.4µm Ra with electrochemical polishing for passivation is available as an option.

HiClave Series

JUCHHEIM set the standard for laboratory and pilot plant applications with the HiClave series of autoclaves and reactor systems.

HiClave™ chemical reactors support high-pressure reactions up to 500 bar and 500°C.
Available as single autoclaves or complete systems with heating & stirring.
Constructed from stainless steel, Hastelloy, PTFE/PFA, or tantalum-coated materials.
Optional heating/cooling systems, magnetic or overhead stirrers, as well as a wide variety of gas and liquid supplies are available.
Optional PTFE or glass liners, catalyst baskets, and other accessories available.
