Minimum Ignition Energy (MIE) Testing
This test determines the minimum ignition energy of a dust cloud in the air by using electrical spark ignition. The Minimum Ignition Energy test will aid in characterising, preventing, protecting and mitigating combustible dust explosions and fire hazards.
