PPAP-31 (PP Flame Retardant - White Powder)

PPAP-31 is a high-efficiency, halogen-free phosphorus–nitrogen synergistic flame retardant based on piperazine pyrophosphate. It provides strong intumescent flame-retardant performance in polyolefins (PP, PE, EVA, TPE) while maintaining low density, mechanical strength, and excellent processing stability.

PPAP-31 generates a dense and stable carbon layer during combustion, significantly reducing smoke, CO emission, and dripping, enabling UL94 V-0 performance at moderate dosage levels.

It is non-toxic, RoHS/REACH unrestricted, and suitable for formulations requiring long-term thermal and humidity aging resistance (85 °C and 85 % RH for 1,000 hours).
