PTFE 7000 Bioflex Ultra flexible smooth-bore process hose

Kaptech PTFE 7000 Bioflex Ultra flexible PTFE hose offers a unique solution to the need for a smooth bore hose with the flexibility of a convoluted hose. The PTFE 7000 Bioflex Ultra tube design incorporates integral external rib sections along with a high tensile 316 stainless steel wire helically wound into the root of the convolutions which support the tube against kinking, vacuum and pressure. Highly compressed web sections give a smooth inner surface with excellent flexibiity. Compared to conventional convoluted PTFE, Bioflex Ultra gives much improved performance: at least double the flow rate, excellent gas permeation resistance and superior flexing cycle life.
