SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX, Antibody Modification)

Product Application:
Suitable for the SYBR Green I intercalating dye method, containing components except primers and DNA samples, and can be used for qPCR quantification.

Instructions for Use:
When using 2×SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Universal ROX, Antibody Modification), operate in the dark, mix gently, combine with primers, DNA template and enzyme-free water proportionally to form a reaction system and set the qPCR program for amplification.

Amount to Use:
In a 20μL reaction system, 10μL of 2×SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix is generally added, along with an appropriate amount of primers, DNA template and enzyme-free water to make up the system.
