UN Packaging Test Lab

Our UN packaging testing laboratory is an official UKAS accredited Testing Laboratory. We are a VCA approved testing facility who can test various UN packaging to prove its capability meets the strict testing requirements of the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations.

As an approved testing facility, we work with the VCA Dangerous Goods Office (DGO), the UK’s authority for the issue of packaging performance certificates and UN approval marks.

After successful testing of your package, we send a detailed test report to the VCA DGO to review and issue a packaging performance certificate and UN mark.
Our state-of-the-art, on-site UN packaging testing laboratory is accredited to test packaging for the transport of dangerous goods.

Our testing laboratory is accredited to test, Fibreboard & Plastic Boxes. Steel & Fibreboard Drums.

We offer a range of services including; UN approval packaging testing, custom made services offering incl product design, testing and manufacturing, UN certification revalidation. In addition, we also conduct capability testing for items such as Limited Quantity packaging.
