VP - M220G ADP (Organic Phosphorus - White Master Batch))

VP-M220G is a high-performance, halogen-free, organic sub-phosphonate flame retardant formulated for engineering thermoplastics exposed to high processing temperatures and high shear conditions.

With phosphorus content ≥17.5%, excellent thermal stability (≥350 °C), and low smoke generation, VP-M220G delivers UL94 V-0 classification at low loading levels (~20 wt%).

Its white, low-dust cylindrical pellets ensure clean handling and consistent feeding, while its excellent color stability, high CTI value, and mechanical retention make it suitable for reinforced nylon, polyester, and alloy systems.
