Joe graduated from the University of The Arts London with an MSc in Cosmetic Science and has spent the 7 years since at DECIEM, parent company of The Ordinary. His role focuses on translating scientific concepts into accessible storytelling, working with R&D, Clinical Research and Legal teams to develop and execute product and ingredient claims and content. As a global spokesperson for the brand Joe meets with a wide variety of stakeholders, from press and influencers through to retailers and customers, offering Joe valuable insights into the unique needs of different audiences and how this can help shape product claims and storytelling.
