Rachael Davison

Rachael is a Chartered Scientist with an MChem from the University of Manchester and industrial experience as a scale-up chemist. She began her career in a private label cosmetic manufacturing environment, where she worked alongside innovative formulators to resolve technical challenges and scale formulations from lab to production. Since joining Barentz in 2019, Rachael has led European technical activities, overseeing two applications laboratories that support customers and sales teams with formulation development, regulatory compliance, and technical expertise. Passionate about promoting STEM, she actively supports outreach initiatives, advocates for women in science, and champions British manufacturing and industry collaboration.
