FAQs

  • What is the cost? The cost to host a poster will be £195.00 EXC VAT. Successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance and invoiced. The cost will cover the poster space for both days of the exhibition and one parking pass (for non-exhibitors).
  • How will the posters be presented? Successful applicants will be allocated a space within the zone to host an A0 or A1 sized poster on a 1m wide vertical wall. Posters can be attached with double-sided tape, which we will provide. The poster zone will have bistro tables and chairs located around the perimeter for participants to discuss their work with interested partners.
  • Who will be invited to attend the ‘Innovation to Industry’ poster zone? Senior technical professionals will be invited from Chemical Manufacturers, Formulated Product Manufacturers / Brand Owners, Financial / Technology Investment Groups, Specialist Scale-up / Pilot Groups, Academic Institutions / Research Groups, Chemistry dependant industry Groups (Energy, Environmental etc), and Industry Media
  • Is there a deadline? There is no official deadline, but we will be promoting participants from January 2025. We have limited availability, and submissions will be considered on a first come, first served basis, so please submit your entry at your earliest convenience.

How will the participants be promoted?

Each of the posters will be marketed extensively through the CHEMUK visitor marketing, which will commence in January 2025. This will include:

  • Profile on the CHEMUK 2025 website
  • Previewed in the official 20 page, A3 CHEMUK 2025 Show preview sent to all show previous registrants (15,000+)
  • Previewed through the RSC Chemistry World magazine (May 2025 edition)
  • Promoted through the CHEMUK LinkedIn showcase page to our 10,000+ followers during the build-up to the show
