Adam is a Partner at Proco Group, where he leads executive search and advisory services for the industrial sector across EMEA, with a particular focus on the Chemicals and Materials market.   With over 14 years of experience spanning Asia and Europe, Adam supports clients through retained executive search mandates, often integrating value-added services such as talent mapping, competitor benchmarking, compensation analysis and leadership assessment. His cross-cultural expertise enables him to support global projects from client headquarters across regions.  Adam has a deep network and market knowledge within commodity chemicals, specialty chemicals and biofuels. He has successfully delivered C-suite and senior leadership searches for multinational chemical companies headquartered in the US, Europe, and China.   He holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London and is known for his consultative, insight-driven approach – ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers and company culture.
