Robin Morris
Business Development Manager for Energy Storage, Henry Royce Institute
Robin is responsible for business engagement for Royce in the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford. He is also a member of the Royce Hydrogen Accelerator team.
Robin started work in industrial materials research at the Johnson Matthey Technology Centre, where he was Principal Scientist in the electronic materials group. He joined Bookham Technology in its earliest days, moving from a development role to product marketing. With subsequent fifteen years’ experience in energy applications, advising SMEs through to trade sale, working with local authorities and in the policy space, he was also co-founder and director of a local energy social enterprise. Since 2019, Robin has worked in the academic research sector, promoting and facilitating collaboration in electrochemistry and hydrogen applications.
