Vikki Callaghan

Vikki Callaghan is Market Development Manager at BASF, where her role involves optimising packaging to improve sustainability and reduce food waste using innovative chemistry. Whilst working as a lab chemist in polymerisation and application chemistry, Vikki was fascinated by the then forward-thinking concept of using water-based technology to replace solvent-based VOCs for coating technology. When she changed roles and moved into sales and market development, Vikki was excited by the prospect of working with others to encourage the use of new technologies to overcome challenges in performance whilst maintaining environmentally friendly solutions.
