PROCESS CAMERA / LIGHT
CANTY cameras are patented systems designed to illuminate and view inside a pressure or process vessel through a single connection. There is no need for multiple vessel ports. CANTY supplies an integrally mounted camera and lighting system in a connection as small as a 2” connection. The Ethernet video output can be displayed on a computer in the comforts of a control room or recorded on any DVR or hard drive. Various software capabilities are available to allow for control and alarm options.

INFLOW™ TURBIDITY MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
Turbidity analysis uses a high-resolution CCD/CMOS image sensor that detects turbidity changes in fluids by measuring the transmittance of light. Using advanced software algorithms, the system automatically removes gas bubbles from the analysis resulting in highly accurate and repeatable data outputs. This system is designed for inline use with varying pressures, temperatures, and pipe diameters.

Nutsche Filter/Filter Dryer Optimization
Stop washing your product away!!! Canty offers a unique vision-based approach for non-contact cake detection and level measurement designed for Nutsche Filters. Cake detection is the determination of the transition from liquid slurry to solids “cake”. It’s critical to determine this transition in a timely manner to avoid cracking in the cake layer. Cracks will cause inconsistent washes and lost product. CANTYVISIONCLIENT™ software performs cake detection with image analysis in real time, by identifying the transition and generating an output signal for control to produce a homogeneous product without washing it away (through 4-20mA, OPC Interface, Modbus, etc...). Simultaneously, level measurement can be performed with the same vision system and crystallizer efficiency can be calculated. Combine this with an in-line Canty CrystalScope™ for true size and shape of crystals as they grow in real time for total process control. Operators can view the process at all times for visual verification and results are archived for historical record.

Spray Dryer Monitoring Vision System
CANTY Spray Dryer Monitoring Systems are vision based, industrial camera/light combinations used to view spray nozzle patterns in real time. This allows operators to see changes in the profile of the spray pattern, and detect clogging/bearding before it becomes a problem. Operators can easily view for product build-up before there is a chance for fire.

PAT Particle Sizing System- CrystalScope™
The CANTY CrystalScope™ is a vision-based system for monitoring crystal size in real time from nucleation to full growth. This inline microscope includes a high-speed camera with adjustable shutter speed, combining a lens configuration that offers dynamic Ethernet controlled calibration for magnification and focus settings.

PSSA- Lab SolidSizer™
The Canty SolidSizer™ unit is a versatile tool for lab environments to determine particle size and shape, thereby eliminating the need for sieving. The system also has multiple configurations that allow color analysis and defect detection, as well as a tilting stage for flat particle analysis. The modular design allows for easy assembly of different configurations depending upon product type and/or analysis desired.

PSSA- Mini Lab Inflow
Canty Mini Inflow analyzers utilize the latest in visible-spectrum microscopic imaging technology. Canty’s Gigabit Ethernet cameras, microscopic lenses, trademark fused glass, LED cool lighting systems, and proprietary CANTYVISION Intelligent Analysis software combine to provide the very best in real time analysis of particle concentration & size and shape distributions.

Temperature Analysis- High Temp Camera
Canty High Temperature Camera Systems feature a fused glass seal standard with every model. This unique seal provides an impenetrable safety barrier to protect the camera electronics from the harsh process environment and preventing hazardous vapors from escaping.

Centrifuge Camera Control
A camera light combination system is mounted to the centrifuge using the CANTY angled mounting plate, allowing for continuous monitoring from the control room, enabling greater operator control and efficient identification of any process issues.
