At Juchheim Laborgeräte, we specialize in high-performance reactor systems designed for safety, flexibility, and precision in modern laboratories.

Our HiClave reactor series covers volumes from 25 ml up to 1000 ml. Depending on the configuration, these systems operate from vacuum conditions up to 400 bar and temperatures as high as 350°C - or even more. In addition to stainless steel options (316L/Ti or A-286), we also offer advanced materials such as Hastelloy® (or equivalent), as well as PTFE or tantalum surface finishes.

Our BoroClave reactors combine the advantages of double-jacketed glass reactors with pressure capabilities of up to 10 bar. When paired with the micro ShieldRack, they ensure safe operation while allowing easy lifting and tilting. The system can be expanded with optional features such as liquid dosing, pH control, or automated sampling.

For scale-up applications, we provide bespoke solutions ranging from 1 litre to 200 litres — and beyond.

At our booth, we will showcase our LabClave system, featuring a double-jacketed reactor mounted on a manually controlled lifting device. This setup can be complemented with a Liebig condenser or a counterflow heat exchanger.

In addition, we will present our LabBox automation solution, which integrates seamlessly with our reactors to enable efficient data collection and highly reproducible, automated experiments.
