Projex Solutions Recognised at IChemE Global Awards 2025

Projex Solutions recently attended the IChemE Global Awards 2025, where we were named as a finalist in the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award category, sponsored by Shell.

Projex Solutions recently attended the IChemE Global Awards 2025 after being named a finalist in the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award category, sponsored by Shell. Held at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, the event brought together chemical, process and biochemical engineering professionals from across the world to celebrate innovation, achievement and industry excellence.

Representing Projex Solutions at the event were Jamie Ashton and Lynn O’Callaghan, who joined more than 100 finalists across 16 award categories. This year’s awards included organisations from countries including the UK, USA, Germany, Denmark, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand, highlighting the global scale of the event.

Projex Solutions was shortlisted in recognition of its continued commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion across the business. The company stood alongside major international organisations including BakerHicks, bp International and Rolls-Royce SMR, with the award ultimately being won by Rolls-Royce SMR.

Being recognised as a finalist at one of the world’s most respected chemical engineering awards reflects the work Projex Solutions continues to undertake in creating a supportive, inclusive and people-focused culture. The recognition demonstrates that independent, owner-managed businesses can compete alongside much larger global organisations through commitment, consistency and strong company values.
