- Unit has top entry 316/316L stainless steel gate type agitator fitted with PTFE wall scrappers, driven by 11kw motor/gearbox.
- Unit includes bottom entry Silverson model BE600 316/316L stainless steel emulsifier driven by 22kw motor.
