Centrifugal Pumps-Magnetically Driven
Magnetically driven pumps are highly corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for handling corrosive fluids and chemicals such as acids, alkalis and saline solutions. Driven by synchronous magnet configuration, their seal-less, zero vapour loss prevents fluid leakage and the release of volatile, toxic and flammable chemicals. Available with ATEX certification, they offer a safe, reliable, energy-efficient and cost-effective solution. From compact pumps for low-duty applications to larger units for demanding services, our magnetically driven fluid handling solutions cover a wide range of requirements. Key features: • Capacity: duties from 1 m3/h up to 320 m3/h • Maximum pressure 16 bar • Zero vapour loss on hazardous liquids • ATEX certified for flammable liquids • No mechanical seals – reducing the risk of leakage • Motors from 0.12kW to 90kW • Handles up to 2% solids as standard, 30% with the solids handling mag drive • Maximum temperature up to 300°C • RunSafe SiC rotating bushes, axial thrusts and shafts for dry run protection • Close-coupled and long-coupled options • ISO 2858 and sub-ISO compliant Materials of construction: Metallic – stainless steel, Hastelloy C, exotic alloys Non-metallic – a ductile iron casing lined with Polypropylene, PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene), PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) or Conductive PFA Moulded – Polypropylene, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) except for the moulded STN 70 which is contained within a ductile iron casing for extra rigidity and strength

Centrifugal Pump – Solids Handling
Our solids handling mag drive pump is the first of its kind, capable of handling fluids with up to 30% solids. Its unique open impeller design enhances efficiency and reduces operating costs by eliminating the need for external flushing systems and mechanical seals. Additionally, this design prevents any risk of fluid contamination. With its seal-less design, the pump ensures zero-vapour loss for hazardous liquids – a key benefit of our entire range of mag drive pumps. Key features: • Duties up to 70 m3/h • Open impeller design providing improved fluid channels • Bushes produced with diamond-coated SSIC for optimal fluid circulation • Manufactured to ISO 15783 standards • Close-coupled and long-coupled options • ATEX certification available on request Materials of construction: • Metallic (XTS): stainless steel AISI 316 • Non-metallic (XTN): PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) lined

Centrifugal Pump – ANSI Standard
This mag drive pump is designed to meet ISO and ANSI standards, making it suitable for various industries, including chemical processing, pharmaceutical and water treatment. Its seal-less design ensures zero vapour loss for hazardous liquids, a key advantage of all mag drive pumps. The DTN pump features an optional pump cartridge assembly, that can be easily installed easily in case of a breakdown, allowing for quick repairs without the need for a complete pump replacement. This reduces downtime and is cheaper than maintaining a spare pump. With ANSI standard dimensions, the DTN can be easily retrofitted into existing pump systems, resulting in substantial cost savings for companies looking to upgrade their equipment without modifying existing infrastructure. Its innovative impeller design and enhanced hydraulics contributes to improved efficiency and lower operating costs. Key features: • Zero vapour loss on hazardous liquids • Designed to ISO and ANSI standards • Handles toxic chemicals Material of construction: • ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) – a cost-effective choice

Centrifugal Pumps-Mechanically Sealed
Available in various sizes and configurations, mechanically sealed centrifugal pumps are a versatile choice for chemical processing and fluid-handling applications. Used independently or integrated with tanks, filters, or valves, pump selection depends on fluid type and viscosity. Seals protect against contaminants to maintain efficiency and extend service life. Key features: • Capacity: standard pumps up to 500 m3/h • Heads: up to 16 bar • Manufactured in line with ISO 2858/DIN 24256 standards • High hydraulic efficiencies achieved with low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) • Options for shaft sealing include packed stuffing box and single or double mechanical seals • Pump casing and seal housing can be equipped with heating or cooling chambers as needed • Units up to 30kW size can be close-coupled to motors with B5 flange using a support lantern • Large variety of impeller options – open or closed • Suitable for contaminated, corrosive or abrasive fluids • Options for high or low viscosity fluids • Suitable for gas-entrained liquids • Low flow/high head pumps available Materials of construction: • Metallic: cast iron, ductile iron, Hastelloy C, stainless steel, super duplex • Non-metallic: lined with PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy), PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) or Polypropylene

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps & Systems
Liquid ring vacuum pumps are available in a wide range of metallurgies and sealing options to suit specific applications, including use in hazardous flammable and explosive areas. Their versatility and reliability means they are widely used in facilities of all sizes and across many industries. Available as single- or two-stage liquid ring units, these pumps can handle high volumes of vapours, condensable gases and liquids without compromising performance or mechanical reliability. The service liquid – water or other liquids, oils or solvents – can be selected to suit almost any application. When clean water is used, the aspirated air is ‘washed’ free of contaminants such as oil, carbon or plastics. Liquid ring vacuum pumps are designed for simplicity and reliability. Fewer components simplifies maintenance, while minimal moving parts eliminate metal-to-metal contact, significantly reducing vibration, noise and wear. Key features: • Duties up to 3500 m3/h • Max vacuum: 33mbar • Single or double mechanical seal (DIN 24960 standard) • Designed and manufactured to ISO 9001 standards • Close-coupled and long-coupled options with open impeller • Can handle gases and vapours • Fewer components for improved rigidity and easier maintenance • Compact dimensions with reduced shaft length minimising deflection and vibration • Simple design with no valves or sliding vanes • Impeller is the only rotating part – no metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear and tear • ATEX certification available on request Materials of construction: • Cast iron, AISI 316, Ni-Resist D2B, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, Uranus B6 and exotic alloys. Liquid Ring Vacuum Systems: We also offer complete vacuum systems comprising of a liquid ring pump, air-liquid cyclone separator and a heat exchanger mounted on a compact skid.

Side Channel Pumps
Side channel pumps fill the gap between centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. They are available as mechanically sealed or magnetically driven units with various configurations and material options. Their modular design gives thousands of combinations. Key features: • High differential head – ideal for pumping liquids across long distances or through small pipework • Handles high gas content (up to 50%) – a reliable choice for applications involving condensates, LPG, and other gaseous liquids • Low Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) – operates with as little as 0.35m and handles liquids near boiling point without cavitation • Self-priming suction lift of up to 8.5m • Wide temperature range – from -20°C to +120°C as standard, extendable to -60°C to +220°C with modifications • Efficient and economical in low-flow applications – suited to applications as low as 0.4m³/hr • High pressure – up to 40 bar (8-9x higher than centrifugal pumps) • Easy to control head and flow due to steep operating curves • Handles low viscosity fluids Materials of construction: • A wide range of options including casings manufactured in ductile iron, super duplex SS, stainless steel AISI 316 and bronze • Hastelloy and carbon fibre reinforced polymer containment shells on magnetically driven pumps
