GEMÜ Ball Valves
Whether neutral, aggressive or mechanically pure media - ball valves impress with their versatility - even under extreme conditions. Thanks to the drilled-through ball as a shut-off element, they enable the safe shut-off of liquid and gaseous media at high operating pressures. Only crystallising media should be handled with care, as this can impair the function.

For large pipework dimensions, our butterfly valves offer you a reliable solution for the safe control of liquids and gases. With the right combination of materials, they not only ensure efficient handling of mechanically pure liquids, but also of abrasive media - for maximum process reliability and durability.
GEMÜ Globe Valves
Our globe valves are suitable for clean, liquid media as well as gases and vapour. Thanks to the linear movement and favourable mechanical conditions, they often perform automation tasks with fast switching cycles and high switching frequency.
GEMÜ Diaphragm Valves
Diaphragm valves are the all-rounders among valves. One of the major advantages is that only two components come into contact with the operating medium: the shut-off diaphragm and the valve body. Thanks to the hermetic separation between actuator and valve body, they are ideally suited for applications with special hygienic requirements.
GEMÜ R690
The GEMÜ R690 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a low maintenance membrane actuator and is pneumatically operated. Normally Closed (NC), Normally Open (NO) and Double Acting (DA) control functions are available. The high-flow valve body provides compact dimensions at high flow rates. GEMÜ 656
The GEMÜ 656 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a low maintenance metal membrane actuator and is pneumatically operated. Normally Closed (NC), Normally Open (NO) and Double Acting (DA) control functions are available. The valve body has a full bore design. GEMÜ R487
The GEMÜ R487 Victoria is a manually operated soft seated metal butterfly valve. Available with a hand lever or gearbox depending on customer requirements, it offers flexibility to your application. The butterfly valve is available in nominal sizes DN 25 to 600 and in standard installation lengths ISO 5752/20 | EN 558-1/20 | API 609 category A (DIN 3202 K1) in wafer, lug and U section body versions. Available with a wide range of conformities, the valve is ideal for water treatment and biogas applications. GEMÜ D41

The GEMÜ D41 valve with innovative EasyLock technology is mounted completely without any loose components via a central gearbox. GEMÜ S40
The pneumatically actuated GEMÜ S40 globe valve is designed for use in industrial applications and has body shapes such as angled and straight seat bodies. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting sealing element; this ensures low-maintenance and reliable sealing even after long periods of operation. Normally Closed, Normally Open and Double Acting control functions are available. Key features: - Suitable for shut-off and control functions for gaseous, liquid and viscous media - For contact with food in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and FDA-compliant - All sealing components can be replaced - Top-mounted control connections with position indicator and sight glass - Robust stainless steel actuator resistant to corrosive ambient conditions - Suitable for vacuum up to 10 mbar (a) as standard - Optionally available with USP Class VI, oxygen approval and ATEX
