SEC-Z500X Series | Multi Range/Multi Gas Digital Mass Flow Controller
This is HORIBA's best selling model for digital mass flow controllers. It has multi-range/multi-gas functions enabling users to change the type of gas or full-scale flow rate on-site quickly and easily. With high accuracy +/- 1.0% S.P, piezo actuator valve, high speed response and being all-metal this mass flow controller is suitable for process yield improvement and simplified parts management. Digital/Analog, DeviceNet™, and EtherCAT® communications are all available.

VA-5000 / VA-5000WM Series | Multi-Component Gas Analyser
The Multi-Component Gas Analyzer VA-5000 Series is an all-round gas analyzer that satisfies measurement needs as required for environmental monitoring, energy development support, quality controls, and as a continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS). The VA-5000 Series Gas Analyzer can be configured with up to 4 detector modules within a single case. Many combinations of sensor modules with a wide selection of ranges allows this series of analyzers to be used for a variety of applications. The Multi-Component Gas Analyzer is available as a 19-inch panel mount version (VA-5000) and as a wall mounted type analyzer (VA-5000WM) that enables to install in a limited installation space. The optional VS-5000 Sample Gas Conditioning System is designed to support the VA-5000 Analyzer by proving the optimal sample conditions for measurement.

UV500 | Online Water Analyser
The UV500 is a on-line water analyser based on a high resolution UV-visible spectrograph. It allows to monitor simultaneously many different parameters for waste water treatment plants or river monitoring stations with an excellent stability and low operating cost. The same spectrograph can measure organic matter, nitrate, colour, turbidity, phosphate, ammonia and hydrogen sulphide. A complementary UV-visible fluorescence module allows the measurement of aromatics hydrocarbons (PAH). Nephelometric turbidity by visible or infra-red laser diode is also available. The full UV-visible spectrum can also be used to monitor specific chemical process making the UV500 a ideal instrument for chemical plants. External probes can be added for physicochemical parameters like pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and turbidity. Thanks to its automatic cleaning system and its extremely long life time lamp, the maintenance is roughly limited to the periodic refill of the inexpensive cleaning solution and eventually reagents depending on the parameters.
